The Account Manager ensures all aspects of a project or program are successfully delivered to the client.  This role has experience successfully leading small to medium sized projects and/or assisting in the development and delivery of larger, more complex projects.

The Account Manager has developed close relationships with clients and is growing as a strategic partner and advisor, managing increasingly complex situations.

You’ll be an organized team player who loves to build strong relationships internally and externally.  The ideal candidate loves to problem solve and manage complex projects and logistics in a team-based, fast paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

Account Management

  • Owns projects and work streams and provides ongoing status updates to Account Director and client lead
  • Manage project process from opportunity brief to strategy development to creative through execution
  • Develop strong partnerships with creative, strategy and production team members to ensure on target and effective program development and delivery
  • Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Ensure that appropriate measurement metrics are in place to meet client’s business needs
  • Ensure clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and project status/action items, including project change notifications
  • Project/account management; demonstrates partnership abilities, begins to manage complex situations and recommends solutions

Growing the Business

  • Assists Account Director in development of scopes of work, schedules and staffing plans
  • Drive and lead effective solutions for client(s), their industry, organization and business issues
  • Demonstrate value from the client’s viewpoint. Advises, guides and counsels clients on solutions to their needs. May create future opportunities with clients by pursuing situations that can foster new and expanded partnerships. 
  • Represent the agency, effectively communicating and selling agency ideas and recommending solutions
  • Assists new business process and project manages development of capabilities decks and case studies
  • Improve client or team performance by changing or introducing work processes to positively impact results.

For this role you will need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4 years of relevant experience required.
  • Ability to create strong relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize requests for multiple team members and self.
  • Strong project management, organizational and communication skills required.
  • Must have problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse perspectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines is necessary.
  • Maintains composure under pressure and feels comfortable juggling different priorities.
  • College degree preferred.
