A simple elegant solution, modern, hard edged
When it comes to cybersecurity, the top corporations and governments in the world have Mandiant on speed-dial. So, when the organization decided to spin out from parent company FireEye, it was an extremely high-profile move in an industry full of high-stakes challenges.
As such, they needed a totally fresh new look for the brand and asked Jack Morton and Genuine to help in developing a new brand platform. Including a new logo and design system that was bold and modern with a slight edge, the rebrand needed to be applied to an all-new web experience. And it needed to inspire confidence everywhere, from a boardroom of investors to the halls of congress — and look good on a race car too!
We began creative development in parallel with a strategic discovery process, UX and website development. Working on an accelerated timeline, we collaborated with Mandiant’s internal teams, which helped us get to the heart of their brand story and identified key themes to explore:

- Intelligence wins.
- They are building a system of evolving expertise.
Through a process of iteration, presentation and refinement we landed on a simple elegant solution, modern, hard edged. A strong logo befitting a brand whose sole mission is to protect the world from cyber threats: This is Mandiant. Your Cybersecurity Advantage.
Three months post-launch, we are seeing excellent results as we continue to refine the site, adding new components and content types, including an all-new education portal, Mandiant Academy. Monthly sessions total 724K and over 5K monthly leads submitted and over 6K document downloads.
