Are you happy with the results of your marketing efforts? What’s worked? what hasn’t? What’s left to do? What is your plan to meet or exceed your targets by the end of the year?
To quote one of my favorite clients “It’s time to play the Q4 game!” That magical time of year when you are forecasting next year’s budget and projected outcomes while trying to put the right things in place to close out the current year on a positive note. And by the way – you’ve got that nagging laundry list of smaller things you haven’t got to yet and the “use-it-or-lose-it” budget allocation that you don’t want to spend frivolously, but really should invest so your budget’s not decreased next year.
At Jack, we’re going through our own Q4 planning and are excited about what we’ve accomplished. Some things have worked well, others less so, we still have a ton of things to do, but as always, we’re extremely proud of the amazing results we’ve driven for our clients.
