Jack Morton is looking for a Business Systems Coordinator to join our growing corporate team. You will be reporting to the Business Systems Manager and will work closely with our Finance and Production teams. You will be an organized, process enthusiast, with a knack for solving complex business problems.

You will support the team primarily through our internal budget management system, ensuring our business operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role has a broad scope and will require an eagerness to learn various systems and how they impact the business.

You will embody our values of passion, agility, and respect- you are someone who can stay calm under pressure. You communicate in a way that brings clarity to the situation and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide support from a systems perspective to enable high-functioning finance & production teams
  • Understand our business processes and ensure fluid operations
  • Troubleshoot system access issues
  • Fulfill requests for data, ad hoc reports, or simple changes within our systems
  • Become the “go-to” person in the agency for budget tool support on projects
  • Work with the finance & production teams to maintain our systems, process, and data integrity
  • Create best practices to ensure operational efficiencies and compliance
  • Monitor and maintain a library of process documents on our internal server
  • Prepare and deliver systems training to our internal teams
  • Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategic plan

  • Capacity for building strong relationships
  • Tech Savvy, comfortable navigating new systems, and ability to handle large amounts of data
  • Demonstrated competencies: flexibility, professional confidence, financial management, agency workflow process
  • Proactively takes ownership of process and consistently looks for ways to exceed team expectations
  • Knack for troubleshooting
  • Not afraid to fail
  • Experience with Salesforce or budget management system(s) a plus
  • 0-2 years of experience in a business setting
