The opportunity 

It’s an exciting time for brand experience. After two years in hibernation, face-to-face interactions are making a comeback around the globe. And unique digital experiences continue to thrive.  

That’s why we’re looking to expand our friendly and talented team with a mid-weight strategist (at least 3-5 years’ experience) to work across a range of brand experience projects for our enviable portfolio of client brands. This would include in-person events, digital events, digital experiences and content campaigns. 


Strategic thinking 

  • Conducting desk research and analysis of client materials 
  • Defining objectives, KPIs and measurement frameworks 
  • Analysis of data to provide guidance on how experiences can be optimised 

Creative strategy 

  • Understanding brands, competitors and target audiences  
  • Formulating insights, writing creative briefs and inspiring the creative team 
  • Working alongside the creative team to shape user journeys 
  • Considering the optimal balance and planning of in-person events, digital events, digital experiences and content campaigns. 

Client relationships 

  • Interrogating client briefs and content with skill and diplomacy 
  • Articulating processes 
  • Making strategic recommendations 
  • Sharing thought leadership 
  • Presenting creative strategy 
  • Reporting results  


  • 3-5 years in a strategy role at an agency, with some experience of events or experiential marketing. Experience in digital campaigns / content and analytics is a plus.
  • Experience leading day-to-day strategy on key client accounts.
  • Experienced and resourceful when it comes to conducting research and getting under the skin of a client brief. 
  • Strong verbal presentation and storytelling skills, superior writing skills and excellent interpersonal relationship building skills. Presentation building / design skills are a plus.

  • Passionate about creativity being underpinned by rigorous strategic thinking. 
  • An innate and insatiable curiosity. 
  • Keen interest in brands, marketing and, of course, brand experience. 
  • Confident approach and positive outlook, remaining calm under pressure. 
  • Willing to seize responsibility and enjoy interacting with people at all levels. 
  • Flexible and pragmatic in dealing with the day-to-day realities of agency life. 
  • Organised, good at completing tasks and paying attention to the detail, with excellent communication skills.
