Summary

The Assistant Account Executive ensures all aspects of a project or program are successfully delivered to the client, and either leads small projects or assists in the development and delivery of larger, more complex projects.

 

Great Work

Project + Account Management Focus

  • Provide clear and concise recaps of meetings & provides feedback for revisions as needed
  • Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Ensure clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status/ action items

Financial Support

  • Reconcile project costs against budget
  • Ensure PCNs are clearly communicated to client and approved

Creative Support

  • Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients
  • Assist in creative development process by partnering with and coordinating activities between the account & different departments of the agency (e.g. creative, production, strategy, etc.), as well as external partner agencies

 

Grow Business

Business Development Focus

  • Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way
  • Participate in the development of solutions that leverage agency offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
  • Work with Account team to oversee the development and delivery of client proposals
  • Read relevant news and trade publications to identify market trends, competitive activity, and potential client opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze competitive/trend information, share with team
