You're an Account Supervisor with 8+ years of experience able to work 30-40 hours/week ASAP through the end of June during Central Time hours. You will:
- Drive and lead multiple projects for a fantastic healthcare client
- Act as lead client contact/relationship owner
- Understand client needs, priorities and content
- Keep the project macro-level in focus and look for growth
- Review and add input to agency work with client lens
- Collaborate with Creative and Production leadership
- Manage team workloads, ensure team delivers on scope and budget
- Report to Account leadership with updates and when support is needed
- Write project briefs and change forms; review client meeting agendas, status reports and recaps
- Have strong communication skills and polished presentation skills
- Help team navigate through challenges and positively set client expectations
- Passion, agility, and respect required
- Healthcare client management experience preferred but not required
