Biosense Webster wanted to stake its claim as a small but innovative cardiac medical device leader at the Heart Rhythm Society Conference. We knew it was important to showcase their technology, demonstrate how they help discover medical solutions and encourage attendees to sign up for educational programs.
Taking a cue from their brand iconography and water-based technology, our bi-level environment with a luminescent water dome stood out on the crowded tradeshow floor. Based on stakeholder interviews that showed each audience would be interested in different information, we designed the experience to guide attendees to relevant points of interest—like a VIP area where doctors and hospital administrators could test new technology. We installed a digital “reflecting pool” of touchscreen monitors to capture data and lead generation. The experience generated 330 sales leads and 250+ user group sign ups—exceeding client goals.
