Tim Leighton and Damian Ferrar head up Jack’s London creative team. Together, as SVP, Creative Strategy Director and SVP, Executive Creative Director, they work in tandem to drive the creative team from concept to execution.
As SVP, Creative Strategy Director, Tim is responsible for ensuring that compelling insights and clear strategic thinking drive Jack Morton’s creative ideas, from concept through to execution.
During the last 20 years, he has created award-winning experiences with world-class brands such as Ericsson, British Airways, Vodafone, BP and General Motors – experiences that resonate with a diverse range of audiences, from influencers to consumers.
Tim is an active member of the marketing community, an industry speaker and a founding member of Live Experience Creatives.
Damian joins Jack Morton from R/GA, where he partnered with clients to help fuel business transformation. With more than 20 years’ experience in the industry and with a passion for embracing and leveraging innovative technologies, Damian has helped realize the vision and commercial objectives of many global businesses though transformative brand experience platforms. While working at agencies including Interbrand and Imagination, his client list includes Diageo, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, Shell, Mars, Heineken, Nike, Unilever, Samsung and Vodafone.
