Boston – July 27, 2010 – Global brand experience agency Jack Morton Worldwide is continuing to grow its team in New York, with four significant additions to its leadership group that have renewed its creative, strategy, management and business development during the last 18 months.
Jack Morton’s clients in New York include top brands such as Verizon, Holiday Inn, Samsung, Volkswagen and others.

The new members of Jack Morton’s New York leadership team include:
- Tara Back, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Jack Morton Worldwide – Tara arrived in New York in December 2008 following a successful five-year tenure leading the agency’s operations in Australia, where she led award-winning, creative-led teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, as well as built blue-chip client partnerships including Microsoft, Bristol-Myers Squibb, British American Tobacco and Casella Wines.
- Matt Jones, Senior Vice President, Strategy and Creative – Matt joined Jack Morton in Australia in 2006 and worked on shaping brand experiences and integrated marketing campaigns. Matt helps build brands by designing strategies for brand experiences across all audiences and media, businesses, products and marketplaces. He is a frequent speaker at industry events; his latest presentation on augmented reality can be found on Slideshare.
- Philip McDougall, Senior Vice President and Creative Practice Leader – Philip has been with Jack Morton for 10 years. Before his move to New York, Philip was creative practice leader for Australia, working with the likes of Sony, adidas, L’Oreal, Lee, yellow tail and Ford. In his current role at Jack Morton, Philip leads the creative culture in New York and contributes to client work across the US.
- Lexi Noble, Vice President, Director of Business Development – Lexi has over 20 years of marketing experience leading innovative campaigns for an array of Fortune 500 companies including eBay, Microsoft, VMware, Levi-Strauss, Netflix, Kellogg’s, PepsiCo, Cisco, Novartis, Genentech, Electronic Arts, Procter & Gamble, Walmart and Yahoo! Prior to joining Jack Morton New York, Lexi led business development efforts for Jack Morton’s San Francisco office as well as for agencies including Gigunda and George P. Johnson.
Evidence of the New York team’s turnaround can be seen in its recent recognition for “The Best New Product Introduction Event” by the International Business Awards (Stevie Awards) for its March 2010 Samsung 3D television launch event in Times Square, which generated over 2 billion media impressions globally. The Stevie is Jack Morton's second International Business Award (it was named "Most Innovative Company" in 2005).
