Boston – September 26, 2011 – Global brand experience agency Jack Morton Worldwide has helped NBC News create “Education Nation”— a national summit that will gather hundreds of the nation's top leaders in education, media, government, and business at Rockefeller Plaza in New York City for a discussion about the state of our nation's education system. The goal: spotlight solutions that are making a difference for students across the country.
The Summit, to be held from Sunday, September 25 to Tuesday, September 27, consists of live events and panel sessions available for viewing online at EducationNation.com, complemented by education reports and programming across the network’s shows and platforms throughout the week.
All events and broadcasts will be situated in environments designed by Jack Morton, which worked with NBC News as its experience design partner. Jack Morton’s designs include the Plaza space, the Summit space, as well as interactive digital components, including a blogger lounge that will make live social media content available throughout the summit.
“Jack Morton is honored to have designed the experience that will bring people together for this important national conversation on education – a topic that is so vital to our country, our economy and our future,” said Josh McCall, Chairman and CEO of Jack Morton Worldwide. “We look forward to the success of NBC Education Nation and the results of the summit.”
